The recommended starting dose of Daytrana^® is 10 mg.

1.1 mg/hr to 3.3 mg/hr nominal in vivo delivery rate in children and adolescents when applied to the hip, based on a 9-hour wear period.

When initiating therapy or when switching a patient from oral MPH, the recommended starting dose is 10 mg
Dose should be titrated to effect. Dose titration, final dosage, and wear time should be individualized according to the needs and response of your patient
